Meet Danny Rodriguez
In December 2018, Danny Rodriguez poured his love of Tijuana and Peruvian flavors into each handmade tortilla and free guacamole serving, creating a fusion that didn't exist anywhere else. What started as a single taco stand has grown into three locations across Van Nuys, North Hollywood, and Burbank — and a nationally recognized brand featured in Forbes, the LA Times, Eater, and First We Feast.
